Residential Appliance Repair: questions we hear most

Do I need to do anything to prepare before the technician arrives?
Just make sure the appliance is accessible — enough space for the technician to work safely around it. For washers and dryers, have the area clear. For built-in appliances, we handle the rest.
What if the repair takes longer than expected?
We work until the job is done. If a part needs to be ordered, we'll schedule a second visit with a clear ETA. You'll never be left with an appliance in pieces and no plan.
